This mat is very plush & cozy however, it's impossible for my five year old to roll up by herself and since she is in Kindergarten the teacher does not help the children out this. So instead of actually laying in the sleep mat she now leaves it rolled up and uses it as a pillow. I am currently searching for a better replacement but I don't want to fork over another $40 for a product that isn't worth it. If your child will be receiving help when using the product then it would be a perfectly fine nap mat, if not then I would find something easier for a child to use on their own.
