I just spent a weekend in 90 degree weather and high humidity camping and fishing with my friends. I am glad that I bought this item for weekends such this. It breathed very well, I did not notice it on my pack, and it was extremely light weight in which to sleep. The only problem is that you need a cot or a pad underneath the bag, especially if you are camping in the mountains.
