I love the features of this sleaping bag for versitility. The foot vent is great when conditions are warmer than anticipated. The hood is very comfortable. Kelty rates this bag at 20 degrees; however, I was a bit cold when the morning temps got to about 35 degrees. Nevertheless, it did warm up quickly when I got in and it is very comfortable. The bag is not as insulated on the bottom, so when I rolled to my side, like I invariably do, my back-side got cold. I will use this bag when conditions will be above 35, but no colder. The hood draw strings are designed expertly except for the tiny size of the cord lock. If you get claustrophobic when you wake up in the night and need to widen the face hole rapidly, you may have trouble finding it, and even then it is difficult (in a panic) to press the button and get yourself out.
